
Take your training to another level by attending our coached sessions each week to watch distance rise and time fall before your very eyes as you train with members of varying ability led by our fully trained team of run coaches. The sessions are adapted according to your goals so that everyone has a fun and challenging experience that leaves you buzzing for the next session.
Racing to go short or taking on an endurance distance requires a varied training regime. Go faster and further no matter your ability with our coached run sesssions Sprinters, couch-5k, Ironman, ultra – you are all very welcome. So join us now or contact the CTC team for more information
Weekly 18:00 – 19:00 on Wednesday (times may vary)
We meet outside Chichester Rugby Club. However, starting routes will vary and confirmed on Spond and Facebook.
Up to an hour of drills, speed-work and endurance training tailored to all abilities under the watchful eye of our coaching team.
Be there on time for the warm-up to help avoid injury, bring your running shoes and kit, do your best and have fun!
Suitable clothing and footwear for running, hydration, head torch (if dark), nutrition if required.
