Join our regular run training sessions
Chichester Triathlon Club hold a weekly 1 hour adult run training session on Wednesdays between 18:00 – 19:00 outside Chichester Rugby Club.
Running short or taking on an endurance distance requires a varied training regime. Go faster and further no matter your ability with our coached run sessions suitable for couch-5k, Traithlon sprints, Olympic distance, marathons or Ironman and ultra runners – you are all very welcome.
Our run session are led by our awesome BTF (British Triathlon Federation) accredited coaching team and feature an hour of drills, speed-work and endurance training.
All communications regarding club runs are via the SPOND App.
The sessions are adapted according to your ability and goals, so that everyone has a fun and challenging experience.
Each session starts promptly with a crucial warm-up to reduce the risk of injury. Remember to wear clothing and footwear suitable to weather conditions on the day – plus hydration, a head torch (if dark) and nutrition if required.
Group coached running sessions are free to members. So why not join us?

We meet outside Chichester Rugby Club. However, starting routes will vary and confirmed on Spond and Facebook.
