Where data is to be shared for the purpose of checking eligibility for and/or being offered discounted services (such as gym membership), consent will be requested. Any data shared for this purpose will be proportionate to the service and only shared when there is a benefit for the individuals whose data is being shared. Members should note that choosing not to consent to sharing of data may impact the members ability to receive or being offered the discounted services available to them via their CTC membership.

Access to our members data will be strictly limited to named individuals via the LoveAdmin.com membership system. To ensure the privacy of your personal details, CTC committee members will have no ability to update or view sensitive CTC membership details (such as bank details).

All members must ensure they keep their personal details up to date on the LoveAdmin.com membership system. CTC cannot accept any liability resulting from the inaccuracy or out of date personal details held within the LoveAdmin.com membership system.

In joining the club you are consenting to CTC using your personal details for the reasons detailed above and take responsibility for maintaining your personal data within the LoveAdmin.com membership system.
